Mr. Paul Kenneth Etchells, CPA, was Independent NonExecutive Director of Samsonite International SA, since May 26, 2011. He has served as an independent nonexecutive director of Swire Pacific Limited, which is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, since May 2017, as a nonexecutive director at ETAK International Limited since January 2017, and as an advisor to Cassia Investments Limited, a private equity firm, since November 2012. Previously, he was an independent nonexecutive director of Swire Properties Limited, a leading developer, owner and operator of mixed use, principally commercial properties in Hong Kong and the PRC, and of China Foods Limited, a company engaged in food and beverage processing and distribution, both of which are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Etchells also served as a nonexecutive director and chairman of Twenty20 Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands which, through its subsidiary companies, is engaged in the manufacture and sale of eyewear products. Mr. Etchells has also held various positions at The CocaCola Company, including deputy president of CocaCola Pacific and president of CocaCola China . Prior to joining The CocaCola Company, Mr. Etchells held various positions at the Swire Group, including managing director of Swire Beverages, general manager of the Industries Division of Swire Pacific and finance manager of the Industries Division of Swire Pacific since 2011.
