Mr. Sean E. Reilly is the Chief Executive Officer of Lamar Advertising Company. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Reilly had been Chief Operating Officer and President of the Companys Outdoor Division, a position that he had held since November 2001. Mr. Reilly began working with the Company as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions in 1987 and served in that capacity until 1994. He also served as a director of the Company from 1989 to 1996 and from 1999 until 2003. Mr. Reilly was the Chief Executive Officer of Wireless One, Inc., a wireless cable television company, from 1994 to 1997, after which he rejoined the Company since 2011.
