Mr. Sanjeev Dasgupta was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte. Ltd., the TrusteeManager of Ascendas India Trust., with effect from October 1, 2014. Mr Dasgupta joined APFT on 15 January 2014 as Assistant CEO. Prior to this, Mr Dasgupta was President of Real Estate at ICICI Venture, where he was responsible for real estate private equity investments. The company is one of India leading fund managers. The real estate funds under management were approximately USD 600 million. From 2005 to 2009, Mr Dasgupta was Managing Director of Future Capital Holdings Limited. He managed investments for the real estate private equity funds of approximately USD 430 million. From 2004, Mr Dasgupta worked with Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as CFO and with Essar Group. since 2014.

Ascendas India Trust Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Ascendas India's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Ascendas India inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Ascendas.
