Before joining Randstad, Mr. Noteboom worked for Dow Chemical in several international management functions between 1984 and 1993. He started his career in 1982 at Zurel as management assistant. He was appointed to Aegons Supervisory Board in May 2015, and his current term ends in 2019. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board Remuneration Committee and a member of the Supervisory Board Risk Committee since 2015.
