Mr. Deric Eubanks is Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer of the Company, effective June 14, 2014. He has served in that capacity for Ashford Inc., Ashford LLC and Ashford Trust since June 2014. Previously, Mr. Eubanks had served as our Senior Vice PresidentFinance since 2013, a position he had also held at Ashford LLC since November 2013 and Ashford Trust since September 2011. Prior to his role as Senior Vice PresidentFinance at Ashford Trust, Mr. Eubanks was Vice President of Investments and was responsible for sourcing and underwriting hotel investments including direct equity investments, joint venture equity, preferred equity, mezzanine loans, first mortgages, Bnotes, construction loans, and other debt securities for Ashford Trust. Mr. Eubanks was with Ashford Trust since its initial public offering in August of 2003. Mr. Eubanks has written several articles for industry publications and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and industry round tables. Before joining Ashford Trust, Mr. Eubanks was a Manager of Financial Analysis for ClubCorporation where he assisted in underwriting and analyzing investment opportunities in the golf and resort industries since 2014.
