Mr. Victor Liang is Vice President and General Counsel Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer of the company. He joined Baidu in June 2005, and became vice president and general counsel in June 2011. Mr. Liang has served as the executive assistant to Baidu Chairman CEO Robin Li since January 2013. Mr. Liang leads company overall legal functions and oversees the daily operations of Baidus Executive Office. Prior to joining Baidu, he worked at the legislative affairs office of the State Council of the People Republic of China, and at Jun He Law Offices. He also worked at the New York office of Davis Polk Wardwell LLP as a visiting attorney. Mr. Liang graduated from Yale Law School with an LL.M. degree. He also earned law degrees from the University of New South Wales and Peking University. since 2011.
