Mr. Sunarso serves as Vice President Director of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk since January 3, 2019. He also served as Company Vice President Director from March 19, 2015 until 2017. He holds Bachelor in Agronomy from Bogor Agricultural University in 1988 and Master in Business Administration from Universitas Indonesia in 2002. He started his banking career at PT Bank Dagang Negara in 1990. Then it became Bank Mandiri in 1999 due to merger where he served as Senior RM for Corporationrationrate Banking. In November 2006, he was appointed as Senior SVP for Corporationrationrate Banking Plantation Specialist Group, served as EVP for Corporationrationrate Banking Agro based Group, then as Director for Commercial and Business Banking from May 2010 until March 17, 2015. He attended various trainings, including International Risk Management Refreshment Program in Zurich, Switzerland, and Bocconi University in Italy, DecisionMaking for Leaders at Melbourne University in Australia, The Customer Focused Organization at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in USA, High Performance Leadership at The IMD Lausanne in Switzerland, and Strategic Business Leadership at University of Chicago in USA. since 2019.
