Ms. Tocio joined our Board of Directors in December 2015 and currently is Chair of our Nominating and Corporationrationrate Governance Committee and a member of our Compensation Committee. She retired from Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc. in July 2015 after 23 years with that company, most recently as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Bright Horizons, Ms. Tocio held several positions with Wellesley Medical Management, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Operations. Ms. Tocio is a member of the board of directors of Bright Horizons and Civitas Solutions, and is a Governing Trustee of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Ms. Tocio was a member of the board of directors of MacGray Corporation from 2006 to 2013. since 2019.
