Prior to joining Transcontinental, Franois Olivier worked as General Manager of Canada Packers. He has a B.Sc. from McGill University and is a graduate of the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School. since 2017.

CAE Inc Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the CAE's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: CAE inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of CAE.
