Mr. Frank D. Martell Jr. serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Prior to that he served as our Chief Financial Officer from August 2011 to April 2016 and Chief Operating Officer from July 2014 to March 2017. Before joining the Company, Mr. Martell served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Western Institutional Review Board from 2010 to 2011, a leading provider of review, approval and oversight for clinical research studies involving human subjects, and before that as Chief Financial Officer of Information Services Group, Inc. from 2007 to 2009 and Advantage Solutions from 2009 to 2010. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Martell held various leadership positions at ACNielsen Corporationrationration, including President of Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets, Executive Vice President of the Marketing Information Group, and Chief Operating Officer of ACNielsen and president of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Martell spent the initial 15 years of his business career in a variety of financial leadership roles at General Electric. Mr. Martell currently serves on the Board of Bank of the West, a whollyowned subsidiary of BNP Paribas, and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Martell also serves on the Board of Operation HOPE, a provider of financial literacy empowerment for youth and financial capability for communities.. since 2017.
