Mr. Lawrence E. Kreider Jr. is no longer as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Effective June 30, 2019. He was retired and selfemployed as a financial consultant from 2012 to August 2015, when he became the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Kreider was Chief Financial Officer of Cedar Realty Trust from 2007 to 2011, where he had direct responsibility for all aspects of the Companys financial operations. From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Kreider was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer and Chief Accounting Officer for Affordable Residential Communities, now named Hilltop Holdings Inc. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Kreider was Senior Vice President of Finance for Warnaco Group Inc. and, in 2000 and 2001, President of Warnaco Europe. From 1986 to 1999, Mr. Kreider held several senior finance positions with Revlon, Inc., as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, and with MacAndrews Forbes Holdings. Prior to 1986, he held senior finance positions with Zale Corporationrationration, Johnson Matthew Jewelry Corporation and Refinement International Company. Mr. Kreider began his career with Coopers Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2021.
