From 1996 to 1998, he was Senior Vice President of Technical Operations worldwide for a division of BristolMyers Squibb, and from 1977 to 1995, he held increasingly senior executive positions including Senior VicePresident of Worldwide Technology Development with Bausch Lomb and Abbott Laboratories since 2014.
