Mr. Donald M. Casey was appointed Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company effective February 12, 2018. Mr. Casey served from 2012 through 2018 as the Chief Executive Officer of the Medical Segment of Cardinal Health, a manufacturer and provider of medical products and supply chain services. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Casey served as Chief Executive Officer of the Gary and Mary West Wireless Health Institute, a nonprofit research organization focused on lowering the cost of health care through novel technology solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Casey served from 2007 to 2010 as Worldwide Chairman for Johnson Johnsons Comprehensive Care group and as a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Casey served as Company Group Chairman with Vistakon, a division of Johnson Johnson Vision Care, Inc., and from 1985 to 2003, Mr. Casey held various executive positions throughout Johnson Johnsons consumer, pharmaceutical and medical device franchises. Mr. Casey also served as a director of West Corporation from 2015 to 2017. since 2018.
