Mr. Donald M. Casey was appointed Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company effective February 12, 2018. Mr. Casey served from 2012 through 2018 as the Chief Executive Officer of the Medical Segment of Cardinal Health, a manufacturer and provider of medical products and supply chain services. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Casey served as Chief Executive Officer of the Gary and Mary West Wireless Health Institute, a nonprofit research organization focused on lowering the cost of health care through novel technology solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Casey served from 2007 to 2010 as Worldwide Chairman for Johnson Johnsons Comprehensive Care group and as a member of the Executive Committee.
