David A. Walker has served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of Board of Directors of Enable IPC Corporation since inception in March 2005. Mr. Walker has over 20 years experience in business management, primarily with hightech startups. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Walker served as an independent consultant to several companies including Optronic Solutions Technology, Nano Solutions, Inc., Durham Marketing and DCH Technology, Inc. In 1994, Mr. Walker cofounded DCH Technology, Inc., a publicly traded hightech energy and safety equipment company located in Valencia, California. He served for six years alternatively as the President and Vice President of Operations of DCH until his retirement in 2000. During his tenure at DCH, Mr. Walker negotiated license and joint venture agreements and oversaw the listing of the company on the American Stock Exchange after completing approximately 10 million in private placements. He has served on the Boards of Directors of four privately held forprofit companies and one nonprofit company, and currently serves on an advisory board at California Baptist University since 2008.
