Mr. Gregory T. Loewen is President Publishing Division, President and CEO of Digonex Technologies, Inc., and Chief Strategy Officer of Emmis Communications Corporationrationration. Previously, Prior to joining Emmis in February 2007, Mr. Loewen served as Vice President of Digital Media and Strategy for The Toronto Star. Mr. Loewen serves as our Publishing Division President and Chief Strategy Officer pursuant to an employment agreement dated December 21, 2012. The general terms of the employment agreement are described under the heading Executive CompensationEmployment Agreements. During fiscal 2015, Mr. Loewen received base salary, annual incentive compensation, equity compensation, and other benefits in accordance with the terms of that agreement. Mr. Loewens contractual base salary increased approximately 2.9 percent from his contractual base salary the prior year, which had a corresponding effect of increasing his target bonus under the 2015 Corporationrationrate Incentive Plan. Mr. Loewens incentive compensation was based upon the formulas established under our 2015 Corporationrationrate Incentive Plan, with about 83 percent of his performance goal based upon Publishing EBITDA and 17 percent based upon Total Company EBITDA . This split reflects Mr. Loewens principal responsibility to the performance of our Publishing Division, as well as his role as Chief Strategy Officer for the entire company. He also received the supplemental bonus for 2014 discussed above. Mr. Loewen did not receive any equity grants in fiscal 2015 as none were provided for in his employment agreement. since 2016.
