Mr. Roberto Ulissi serves as Senior Executive Vice President Corporationrationrate Affairs and Governance, Company Secretary, Corporationrationrate Governance Counsel at Eni S.p.A. since 2014. After a few years as a lawyer for the Bank of Italy, in 1998 he was appointed General Manager at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, responsible for the Banking and Financial System and Legal Affairs Department. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Telecom Italia, Ferrovie dello Stato, Alitalia, Fincantieri and a government representative in the Board of the Bank of Italy. He was a member of many national and European commissions representing the Ministry of Economy, among which, at national level, the Commission for the reform of company law and, at EU level, the Financial Services Policy Group, the Banking Advisory Committee, the European Banking Committee, the European Securities Committee, the Financial Services Committee. since 2014.
