Ms. ClarkeWhistler received a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Toronto, an M.Sc. in Land Resource Science from the University of Guelph, and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporationrationrate Directors. She has twice been recognized as one of Canadas Clean16 in recognition of her contribution to clean capitalism in the financial sector. since 2019.
