Ms. Yefang Zhang. Ms. Zhang was our Chairwoman and CEO since July 2015. Ms. Zhang was the sole shareholder and the director of FarmNet Limited since its incorporation in July 2015. Ms. Zhang was the general manager of Farmmi International since August 2015. Ms. Zhang was the executive director of FLS Mushroom from March 2011 to September 2016. Since 2013, Ms. Zhang was a director of Tantech Holdings Ltd., a NASDAQ Capital Market listed company, Tanbsok Group Ltd. and USCNHK Group Limited. Ms. Zhang was also a director of Zhengjiang Tantech Bamboo Technology Co., Ltd. from January 2011 to May 2016. Ms. Zhang was a director of Daxing anling Hualin Investment Management Ltd.
