Formerly, Vice President, Manager and Portfolio Manager of Nuveen Asset Management, Vice President of Nuveen Investment Advisory Corporationration, Vice President and Manager of Nuveen Unit Investment Trusts and Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Nuveen Unit Investment Trusts, each of John Nuveen Company, Inc. . Mr. Toupin has served as a trustee of certain funds in the Fund Complex since 2003.
