Mr. Michael E. Rose is Independent Director of the Company. He is Former Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Anadarko Petroleum Corporationrationration. Prior to his retirement in 2004, Mr. Rose served in a number of senior positions during his 26 years with Anadarko Petroleum Corporationrationration, most recently serving as Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Anadarko from 2000 until his retirement. Mr. Rose served as a director of Frontier from 2005 until the merger in July 2011. Mr. Rose brings to the Board significant financial and investment experience with oil and gas companies. He also qualifies as an audit committee financial expert. since 2011.
