Colleen Baldwin - Voya Infrastructure Independent Chairman of the Board of Trustee

Ms. Colleen Dolan Baldwin is an Independent Trustee of Voya Infrastructure, Industrials And Materials Fund. She was a Trustee of the Funds and a board member of other investment companies in the Voya family of funds since 2007. She also has served as the Chairperson of the Boards Domestic Equity Funds Investment Review Committee since 2014 and, prior to that, as the Chairperson of the Boards Nominating and Governance Committee since 2009. Ms. Baldwin is currently an Independent Director of DSMDentaquest and is a member of its Audit and FinanceInvestment Review Committees. Ms. Baldwin was President of Glantuam Partners, LLC, a business consulting firm, since 2009.
