Dr. George G.C. Parker serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ishares Trust Dj Us Technology. He was a Trustee of the Trust since 2000 and Chairman of the Trusts Board since 2010. Dr. Parker served as Lead Independent Trustee of the Trust from 2006 until 2010 and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee for the Trust from 2002 until 2010. Dr. Parker has served as a Director of iShares, Inc. since 2002, Chairman of iShares, Inc.s Board since 2010, Lead Independent Director of iShares, Inc. from 2006 until 2010, Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee for iShares, Inc. from 2002 until 2010, a Director of iShares MSCI Russia Capped Index Fund, Inc. since 2010 and Chairman of iShares MSCI Russia Capped Index Fund, Inc.s Board since 2010. Dr. Parker also serves as Director on four other boards. Dr. Parker is the Dean Witter Distinguished Professor of Finance at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He teaches courses in Corporationrationrate Finance in the MBA Program, Stanford Sloan Program for Executives, and in various other Executive Education Programs at Stanford University. Dr. Parkers teaching and research interests are primarily in the field of corporate finance, management of financial institutions, and corporate governance, and he has written numerous case studies related to these subjects. He has also authored several articles on capital structure, risk management, and corporate valuation
