Mr. Bryan H. Hall is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Liberty Global plc, . Prior to joining LGI, Mr. Hall served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since January 2012. In addition, he is an officer and director of several of our subsidiaries. Prior to joining Liberty Global, Mr. Hall served as general counsel of Virgin Media Inc. from June 2004 until January 2011. Before joining Virgin Media, Mr. Hall was a partner in the corporate department of the law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver Jacobson LLP in New York, specializing in public and private acquisitions and acquisition financings. Bryan received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law and his BA degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is admitted to practice in the States of Colorado and New York. since 2012.
