Before joining the Manager in May 2013, Ms Christine CHAN was the Director Investment Acquisition at Harvest Capital Partners Limited, a subsidiary of China Resources Group. Ms Christine CHAN also held managerial positions in ARA Asset Management Limited and Hutchison Whampoa Properties Limited in earlier years. Ms Christine CHAN has extensive experience in direct asset investment, debt and equity investment and financing, asset management, REIT and private equity fund set up and management in the Greater China Region. Ms Christine CHAN holds a BS degree in Surveying from The University of Hong Kong and a MS degree in Global Finance jointly conferred by the New York University Stern School of Business and the HKUST Business School. She is a qualified General Practice Surveyor and a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
