Mr. Robert Glen Goldstein is President, Chief Operating Officer, Director of the Company. He was the Companys President and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since January 2015. He previously served as the Companys President of Global Gaming Operations from January 2011 until December 2014, the Companys Executive Vice President from July 2009 until December 2014, and the Companys Secretary from August 2016 to November 2016. He has held other senior executive positions at the Company and its subsidiaries since 1995. Mr. Goldstein has served as a member of the board of directors of our Companys subsidiary, Sands China Ltd., since May 2014, and as its interim president from January 2015 through October 2015. From 1992 until joining the Company in December 1995, Mr. Goldstein was the executive vice president of marketing at the Sands Hotel in Atlantic City, as well as an executive vice president of the parent Pratt Hotel Corporationrationration. He served on the board of directors of Remark Media, Inc., a global digital media company, from May 2015 to March 2017. Mr. Goldsteins extensive experience in the hospitality and gaming industries, including as a senior executive officer of our Company since 1995, as well as his current position as our President and Chief Operating Officer, led the Board to conclude that he would be a valuable member of our Board of Directors. Mr. Goldstein graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and received his law degree from the Temple University School of Law. He and his wife, Sheryl, reside in Las Vegas and are active in the local community. Mr. Goldstein serves on the Board of Directors of Opportunity Village, The Adelson Drug Rehabilitation Clinic and the Emeril Lagasse Foundation. The couple has two adult children, Scott and Courtney. since 2015.
