Mr. Tirador has over 30 years experience in the property and casualty insurance industry and is an inactive certified public accountant. The Company believes that Mr. Tiradors executive management and related experience in the property and casualty insurance industry as well as his accounting and financial reporting expertise, including experience as an auditor with KPMG LLP and in senior financial management positions, qualify him for service on the Board of Directors. since 2007.
