Mr. Augusto Delkader Teig serves as President of PRISA Radio, a business unit of Promotora de Informaciones, S.A. since January 16, 2018. He began his professional career at the newspaper Diario de Cadiz, where he acted as Editor and later Managing Editor. He was also member the staff of the newspaper Informaciones. In the past, he acted as Founding Member of EL PAIS, where he served as Assistant Editor. He was Head of the News Department, before becoming Director of Cadena SER. On December 19, 1991, he was appointed as General Director of Cadena SER, and on May 4, 1993, he became President of the Social Council of Universidad de Cadiz. On May 12, 1997, he was reelected as President of the Social Council of Universidad de Cadiz, and has held this post until 2001. On July 9, 1997, he was elected President of the Asociacion Espanola de Radiodifusion Comercial . In December 1998, he was named Chief Executive Officer of Cadena SER and Union Radio. He holds a degree in Law and Journalism. since 2018.
