Similarly, it shows a return on equity (ROE) of 0.111 %, meaning that it generated $0.111 on every $100 dollars invested by stockholders. Raffles Medical's management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well Raffles Medical manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities.
Raffles Medical Group has accumulated 77.91 M in total debt with debt to equity ratio (D/E) of 0.18, which may suggest the company is not taking enough advantage from borrowing. Raffles Medical Group has a current ratio of 1.05, suggesting that it may have difficulties to pay its financial obligations in time and when they become due. Debt can assist Raffles Medical until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Raffles Medical's shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Raffles Medical Group sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Raffles to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Raffles Medical's use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
