Mr. Raymond E. Wirta is the NonExecutive Independent Chairman of the Board of CBRE Group Inc. Mr. Wirta was the Independent Chair of our Board since May 2014 and was previously the Vice Chair of our Board from November 2013 to May 2014. He has served as the President of the Investment Properties Group at the Irvine Company since June 2010 and as Chief Executive Officer of The Koll Company since November 2009. Mr. Wirta served as our Chief Executive Officer from September 2001 to June 2005, and Chief Executive Officer of our predecessor company, CBRE Services, Inc., from May 1999 to September 2001. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of that predecessor company from May 1998 to May 1999. Mr. Wirta served as a director and NonExecutive Chairman of Realty Finance Corporationrationration, where he was the Chairman from May 2005 through August 2009. He also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President of that company from April 2007 to September 2007. since 2018.
