President
Mr. Alain P. Neemeh is Chief Operating Officer, Senior Executive Vice President of the Company. He is also a member of the Companys Executive Council. Prior to his current role, Mr. Nemeh was Senior Executive Vice President, Global Life and Health, a position he held since 2014. From 2006 to 2014, Mr. Nemeh was President and Chief Executive Officer of RGA Life Reinsurance Company of Canada . In addition, from 2012, Mr. Nemeh had executive responsibility for the Companys Australia and New Zealand operations. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Operations, and Chief Financial Officer of RGA Canada from 2001, having joined the finance area in 1997 from KPMG LLP, where he provided audit and other services to a variety of clients in the financial services, manufacturing and retail sectors since 2017.

Reinsurance Group Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Reinsurance Group's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Reinsurance Group inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Reinsurance. The board's role is to monitor Reinsurance Group's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Reinsurance Group's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
