Mr. Jeremy Ray Young was appointed President of the Company effective January 2, 2019. Mr. Young joined the Company as Production Manager in March 2006 and has served as Operations Manager since December 2013. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Young held Quality and Production management positions with Accel, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. From 1998 to 2004, he held process chemist and technician positions at Worthington Industries and SCI Engineered Materials since 2019.

SCI Engineered Materials Management Team
Elected by the shareholders, the SCI Engineered's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: SCI Engineered inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of SCI. The board's role is to monitor SCI Engineered's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. SCI Engineered's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
