Mr. Robert Escobio is the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Southern Trust Securities Holding Corporationration He is also the Chief Executive Officer and a director of STS, a whollyowned brokerdealer subsidiary. Mr. Escobio has more than 30 years of experience with brokerdealer organizations, including Dean Witter, Paine Webber, Smith Barney and Prudential Securities. Mr. Escobio is STSs head trader and is responsible for all of operations as well as maintaining relationships with key individual and institutional clients. Mr. Escobio and Susan Escobio, formed predecessor in January 2000 and served as its principal officers and directors until it merged with and into the company. He also formed STS in 1999. In 2004, predecessor corporation became the holding company of STS through a share exchange. In May 2005, Mr. Escobio and Susan Escobio purchased a controlling interest in the company, at which time company were a shell corporation, and became principal officers and directors. In March 2006, the Escobios, as the controlling shareholders, directors and officers of both predecessor and the company, merged predecessor with and into the company changing company name to Southern Trust Securities Holding Corporationration. Mr. Escobio also serves as President and a director of AR Growth Finance Corp since 2010.
