Ms. Samantha Wellington is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the Company. Ms. Wellington has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since November 2018 and previously served as our Vice President and Associate General Counsel from October 2016 to November 2018. Prior to joining us, Ms. Wellington held various senior legal positions at Oracle Corporationrationration, a multinational computer technology corporation, over a 12year period, including Managing Counsel for Oracles Corporationrationrate, Securities Acquisitions Legal Team from January 2009 to October 2016 and Senior Legal Counsel for Oracles Asia Pacific and Japan division from November 2005 to January 2009. She also served Oracles interests on the board of directors of Oracles publicly traded subsidiaries in Japan and India from June 2013 to October 2016, and from April 2013 to October 2016, respectively since 2022.
