Prior to joining the Company, he was a director and chief executive officer of Horizons Ventures Limited and ChinaCare Investments Holdings Limited respectively, these companies are controlled by Ms. Chau Hoi Shuen and Cranwood Company Limited, the substantial shareholders of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the SFO.
