Prior to Vale, she was Razen HR Vice President from April 2014 to November 2017, whose creation a joint venture of Shell and Cosan in Brazil actively participated. Previously, she held the Shell Brazil HR Directorate for six years and several leadership positions at IBM in Brazil and the United States. She presided over the Razen Foundation between April 2014 and November 2017. Graduated in Psychology from the Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro, she holds an Executive MBA from Fundacao Dom Cabral . since 2017.
