Johan joined Vodafone from Ericsson where he held the position of executive vice president and head of the networks segment. In this role, he led all aspects of business strategy, RD, product management and sales for the segment. He also has international experience in leadership roles in Brazil and the United States. Johan started his career in software development and system integration working for Diab Data AB and Bull AB. He joined Ericsson in 1996, initially to deliver internal IT solutions, and then went on to lead the creation of Ericssons managed services business. Johan joined the board of Trimble as a NonExecutive Director in February 2018. since 2015.
