Mr. Jin Kang is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He appointed Chief Operations Officer on June 30, 2012. Mr. Kang has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of WidePoint Integrated Solutions Corporationration, a whollyowned subsidiary of the Company, since our acquisition of WidePoint Integrated Solutions Corporationration on January 4, 2008. Mr. Kang founded the company in 1999 and has managed WidePoint Integrated Solutions Corporationration since its inception. Mr. Kang has over 26 years of professional experience in the Federal Government Information Technology Services field. Prior to founding, iSYS, LLC, Mr. Kang was a Division Manager for Science Applications International Corporation . His responsibilities included the Combined DNA Index System, a marquee program for the FBI Laboratory Division. As the Engineering Manager for Northrop Grumman Corporationrationration, Mr. Kang played a critical role in the successful management of the Defense Medical Information SystemsSystems Integration, Design Development, Operations and Maintenance Services contract from its inception with zero revenues to a program of 190 million in sales since 2017.
