Mr. Franco Moscetti has served as Independent Director of Diasorin S.p.A. since March 26, 2007. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit and of the Nominating Committees of the Company. He also serves as Coordinator of the Committee for Transactions with Related Parts within the Company. He started his professional career in 1973, at Air Liquide Group. In 1989, he was appointed General Manager at Vitalaire Italia. In 1995, was appointed as General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Air Liquide Sanita. Currently, he serves as Director at Touring Club Italiano and Fideuram Investimenti SGR SpA and as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Amplifon SpA. since 2007.

DIASORIN Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the DIASORIN's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: DIASORIN inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of DIASORIN. The board's role is to monitor DIASORIN's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. DIASORIN's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
