Ms. Ines Kolmsee has served as Chief Executive Officer Services Solutions, Member of the Leadership Team within Aperam S.A. since October 2017. Ms. Kolmsee has acquired extensive industry experience while holding various international leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has occupied various roles at the top management level in the areas of Finance and Technology, along with serving as CEO. Between 2004 and 2014, Ms. Kolmsee was the CEO of SKW Stahl Metallurgie, a global supplier of chemical products for the steel industry. She was then the CTO and a Member of the Board of EWE AG, one of the largest utility companies in Germany with more than 9, 000 employees and 2016 sales of 7.6 billion since 2017.

APERAM REG Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the APERAM REG's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: APERAM REG inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of APERAM.
