Mr. Martin H. Nesbitt is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Nesbitt has served as CoChief Executive Officer of The Vistria Group, LLC, a privateequity investment firm, since January 2013. From 1996 until December 2012, Mr. Nesbitt served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PRG Parking Management, a Chicagobased owner and operator of offairport parking facilities. Mr. Nesbitt conceptualized and cofounded The Parking Spot and was responsible for all strategic and operating aspects of the business. Prior to that, he was an officer of the Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., the real estate group for Pritzker family interests and before that he was an Investment Manager at LaSalle Partners, one of the predecessor corporations of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, a commercial real estate company. Mr. Nesbitt currently serves on the board of directors of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, a real estate services firm, and Norfolk Southern Corporationrationration, a rail transportation company. He previously served on the board of directors of the Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a real estate investment trust since 2015.
