Mr. Lon R. Greenberg is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Greenberg has served on our Board since May 2013. He served as Chairman of UGI Corporation Board of Directors from 1996 until January 2016 and as director of UGI Utilities, Inc. and AmeriGas Propane, both UGI Corporation subsidiaries. Mr. Greenberg served as Chief Executive Officer of UGI Corporation from 1995 until his retirement in April 2013. Mr. Greenberg served in various leadership positions throughout his tenure with UGI Corporationrationration. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. and the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. Mr. Greenberg is a member of the Board of Trustees of Temple University and the Board of The Philadelphia Foundation and previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Temple University Health System and as a member of the Board of Directors of Fox Chase Cancer Center. Mr. Greenberg previously served as a member of the Board of Aqua America, Inc. since 2013.
