Ms. Blount joined the faculty of New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2001 and was the Abraham L. Gitlow Professor of Management and Organizations. Prior to joining NYU in 2001, Ms. Blount held academic posts at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business from 1992 to 2001 since 2011.
