Moreover, he served as Vice Chairman and Member of the Technical Committee of Organizacion Internacional de Comisiones de Valores, as well as Board Member of Asociacion de Supervisores Bancarios de las Americas . He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and received a Masters degree in Economics from the same university.
