Mr. W. Bradley Bickham is Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of the Company. Mr. Bickham has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since January 2017. Mr. Bickham has served in a variety of senior leadership roles in both public and private healthcare companies, following tenures in the legal and accounting fields. From September 2014 to January 2017, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for United Surgical Partners International, an ambulatory surgery provider. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for a number of firms, including Correctional Healthcare Companies, Inc., a provider of correctional healthcare solutions, from 2013 to August 2014 and CCS Medical, Inc., a provider of mail order diabetic supplies, from 2012 to 2013. He also served as Vice President, and later Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Odyssey HealthCare, Inc., a provider of hospice services, from 2003 through its acquisition by Gentiva Health Services, Inc., provider of home health and hospice services, in 2010 since 2017.
