From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Smith was a Partner at the Tax Review Group, a real estate consulting firm, and from 2006 to 2009, he was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at the Watermark Group, a residential and commercial real estate development firm. Mr. Smith began his career at Deloitte Touche LLP since 2019.
