Mr. Lloyd McAdams is Director of the Company. Mr. McAdams was a director of our Company since our formation in 1997, and was formerly the Chairman of our board, and our Chief Executive Officer and President, prior to the appointment of Mr. Joseph E. McAdams to those roles. Mr. Lloyd McAdams steppeddown in his roles as our President in July 2016, our Chief Executive Officer in September 2018, and as the Chairman of our board in November 2018. Mr. Lloyd McAdams is also the Managing Member of our Manager. Mr. Lloyd McAdams is also the President, Chief Investment Officer, and cofounder of PIA. Mr. Lloyd McAdams is also the sole director and Chairman of the Board of PIA Farmland, Inc. Mr. Lloyd McAdams is also the Chairman of Syndicated Capital, Inc., a registered brokerdealer. Mr. Lloyd McAdams holds a BS in Statistics from Stanford University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee since 2018.
