Mr. Daniel Wayne Rabun is Independent Director of the Company. From 2007 to his retirement in May 2015, Mr. Rabun served as the chairman of Ensco plc, an offshore drilling services company, based in London. He retired as president and chief executive officer of Ensco in June 2014, having held the office of chief executive officer for more than seven years and president for more than eight years. From 1986 through 2005, prior to joining Ensco, Mr. Rabun was a partner with the international law firm of Baker McKenzie LLP, where he provided legal advice to oil and gas companies. Mr. Rabun is a nonexecutive director of Golar LNG Ltd. and the Chairman of the Board of Apergy Corporationrationration. During 2012, he served as chairman of the International Association of Drilling Contractors. Mr. Rabun has also been a certified public accountant since 1976. since 2015.
