He served until February 2014 as a board member of SolarPrint Ltd. Mr. Cummins served as Chairman of The Viking Trust Ltd in Waterford City, Ireland from 2012 until July 2016, and as Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Planning Committee of Waterford City and County Council until the first quarter of 2016. since 2012.
