Mr. Zbigniew Pomianek has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since June 19, 2007. He is responsible for Commercial Banks, Cooperative Banks, Business Intelligence, Capital Market, PKO BP, as well as the Asseco Innovation Hub Data Processing Center. He cofounded the Company, and since 1995 was working subsequently as Director of Banking Services, Deputy General Director, Director of Software Division, Director of Commercial Banks Division, and Vice Chairman of the Management Board. From 2000 to 2004, he was Member of the Supervisory Board of Studio Komputerowe GALKOM Sp. z o.o., Asseco Business Solutions SA and Postdata SA. From 2007 to 2009, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Anica Systems SA. Prior to that, he worked at Rzeszow Technical University as Assistant from 1990 to 1992. Later he was employed as IT Specialist in Jazcoop Sp. z o.o., and at COMP Ltd. Sp. z o.o. from 1993 to 1995. He graduated from the Department of Building and Environmental Engineering of Politechnika Rzeszowska in 1990. since 2007.
