Mr. Santiago Seage Medela is Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Director of the Company. Mr. Seage has served as a director since our formation in 2014 and was Chairman from June until November 2015. Mr. Seage served as our Chief Executive Officer from our formation until he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Abengoa in May 2015, in which capacity he served until November 27, 2015, when he was appointed as our Managing Director. Mr. Seage was elected to Chief Executive Officer on May 11, 2016. Prior to the foregoing, he served as Abengoa Solars CEO beginning in 2006. Before joining Abengoa, he was a partner with McKinsey Company. Mr. Seage holds a degree in Business Management from ICADE University in Madrid. since 2015.
